Outcome-driven and focussed on the needs of his clients, Narin has experience in Australia and New York, acted for award-winning start-ups and advised various multinational clients as well as unlisted public and private companies.
With expertise across M&A, technology and eCommerce, financial services and education, Narin has led teams to support day-to-day business needs and acted as a sounding board to executives. He has negotiated agreements and provided strategic legal support for joint ventures, sales and acquisitions and helped with entering new markets.
